This Terms of Sale is in relation to the following digital product.

“Building Your Dog’s Confidence Around Fireworks”.

Product Description and Compatibility

This sale consists of a digital training program delivered via video to be watched by the buyer on a digital device. After completion of the sale, the buyer will be sent an email with a website link. After creating a login with their email address and a private password, they will gain access to the library of video trainings.

All videos have been recorded in English and subtitles are available by clicking the ‘cc’ option on the screen.

Pricing and Payment Terms

1. Total Cost

At the time of sale the cost for this digital course is £47 GBP.

All prices listed on our website are gross prices and do not include VAT, as Cornerstone Canine Training is not currently registered for VAT.

2. Payment method

Payment is to be made first to gain access to the course.

Payment is made via Stripe. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to read and adhere to their terms.

3. Your Right to Cancel and request a refund.

When purchasing any digital product from Cornerstone Canine Training, you, the buyer confirm that you are requesting immediate delivery and must acknowledge and agree that by accessing, streaming, or downloading the digital contents immediately, you lose your statutory 14 day right to cancel and request a refund under applicable consumer protection laws (including the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU Consumer Rights Directive).

Intellectual Property

1. Contents

The contents of this digital course and additional training and resources provided in the private community are intellectual property of Cornerstone Canine Training.

Access may be denied for serious misuse, subject to fair terms and applicable law.

Buyers are strictly prohibited from redistribution, reselling, sharing accounts, modifying, or copying the digital files for commercial use.

Limitation of Liability

1. What we are responsible for

If we fail to comply with these Terms of Sale, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen.

2. Damage to your device or digital content

If defective digital content which we have supplied damages a device or digital content belonging to you, and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will either repair the damage or pay you compensation. However, we will not be liable for damage which you could have avoided by following our advice to apply an update offered to you free of charge, or for damage which was caused by your failure to correctly follow installation or system requirement instructions.

3. No liability for business losses

We only supply digital products for domestic and private use. If you use our digital products for any commercial, business, or re-sale purpose, we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

4. Statutory Exceptions (What we do not exclude)

Nothing in these Terms of Sale shall limit or exclude our liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

Any breach of your mandatory legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (including your right to receive digital products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and match their description); or

Any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by English law.

5. Dog Behaviour and Actions:

Cornerstone Canine Training cannot be held responsible or liable for any actions, injuries, damages, or losses caused by your dog to any person, other animal, or property during or after your use of our digital products. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of dog bites, aggression, or destructive behaviour.

6. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cornerstone Canine Training from any claims, actions, liabilities, costs (including legal fees), or damages arising directly or indirectly from your dog’s behaviour, your implementation of the course material, or your failure to accurately assess your dog's suitability for independent digital training.

Training Disclaimer and Assumption of Risk

1. Educational Content Only: All digital products, videos, courses, and guides provided by Cornerstone Canine Training are strictly for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute personalised veterinary, behavioural, or professional individual advice.

2. Inherent Risks: You acknowledge that working with dogs involves inherent risks of injury or property damage. You assume full responsibility for your safety, the safety of others, and your dog's wellbeing when implementing any techniques shown in our digital products.

3. No Guarantees: Every dog is unique. Cornerstone Canine Training does not guarantee specific behavioural results or outcomes from using our digital course.
